What should I pay attention to when using the four-wheel drive cross-country forklift?
1. When the four-wheel drive cross-country forklift is moving, the mast should be tilted backward, and the height of the bottom end of the fork from the ground should be kept 300-400mm.
2. When the four-wheel drive cross-country forklift is traveling, the forks must not be raised too high. When entering and leaving the job site or on the way, pay attention to the obstacles that are scratched in the sky. When the load is moving, if the fork lifts too high, it will increase the overall center of gravity of the forklift and affect the stability of the forklift.
3. After unloading, the four-wheel drive cross-country forklift should lower the fork control tilt lever to the normal driving position before driving.
4. When the four-wheel drive cross-country forklift is turning, if there are pedestrians or vehicles nearby, it should send a signal to brake and slow down. It is forbidden to turn the direction sharply at high speed, which will cause the vehicle to lose lateral stability and tip over.
5. When loading cargo downhill, the off-road forklift should be put into low-speed gear in advance, and the engine should be used to control the vehicle speed. Drive backwards to prevent the goods from falling over.
6. The four-wheel drive cross-country forklift must abide by the traffic rules in the factory and keep a distance from the vehicle in front of it. If it is not the case, it is forbidden to brake suddenly while driving with a load.
7. When the load is driving up and down, the brake shall not be used except under circumstances.
8. The steering of the four-wheel drive cross-country forklift is controlled by the rear wheel, so always pay attention to the swing behind the vehicle to avoid the sharp turns that often occur when beginners drive.
9. It is forbidden for internal combustion forklifts to turn on the ramp, and should not drive across the ramp.
10. When the four-wheel drive cross-country forklift is running, the load is at a low position that does not hinder the driving, and the mast must be tilted back properly. Do not increase the load when stacking or loading the truck. When transporting large objects, the object blocks the driver's sight, and the forklift should be reversed at this time.
11. Four-wheel drive cross-country forklifts whistle when entering and leaving the workshop, turning, reversing and crossing intersections to prevent accidents.
